Self - Help Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous (ABA) - A 12-Step Fellowship of individuals whose primary purpose is to find and maintain “sobriety” in their eating practices, and to help others gain sobriety. A meeting list can be found on this site. AB-Anon 12 Step Group is a support group available for family members of those with anorexia or bulimia.
